IRM103 Series In-line Infrared CF₄ Sensor is a gas sensor based on the principle of single-light-source dual-wavelength non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) measurement technology. This sensor adopts a high-end infrared light source and pyroelectric detector, with gold-plated components used as the optical path channel, improving measurement accuracy and stability. It is applied in industries such as power, petrochemical, food processing, and semiconductor, and is suitable for gas analysis, leakage alarm, environmental protection, and industrial safety applications.
