▎Product Introduction :
The PDM400 Online Hydrogen Analyzer adopts a palladium alloy thin-film hydrogen sensor, capable of detecting hydrogen concentrations in various environments. It enables remote transmission and control via (4~20)mA analog signals, RS-485 communication signals, or switch-type alarm signals, while displaying measurement results in real time. The instrument supports in-line pipeline installation and is suitable for industrial-grade online hydrogen monitoring in applications such as water electrolysis for hydrogen production, hydrogen-natural gas blending, ammonia cracking for hydrogen generation, methanol reforming for hydrogen production, fuel cell system test benches, and energy storage power stations.This analyzer complies with GB/T 3836.1-2021 'Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment' and GB/T 3836.2-2021 'Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosure 'd'', with an explosion-proof marking of Ex db IIC T5 Gb. It is applicable in explosive gas atmospheres of Groups IIA, IIB, and IIC, within temperature classes T1 to T5, in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive mixtures of flammable gases/vapors and air may exist. All technical documentation, drawings, and prototypes of the analyzer have been reviewed, tested, and certified by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion-Protected Electrical Products (CQST).
