The RA912F Return-mode SF₆ Gas Analyzer performs comprehensive analysis of SF₆ purity/humidity/decomposition products (SO₂/CO/H₂S) with gas return/recovery functions, enabling zero-loss operation by either returning sampled gas to external containers or directly back to the sampling chamber.
