▎Product Introduction :
RF-MG24 Mixed Insulating Gas Filling and Topping-up System is a multifunctional, high-flow, high-precision gas distribution and filling equipment for electrical devices. The unit adopts a modular design for easy integration, with multiple module combinations to meet different field operation requirements. It is suitable for gas mixing, replenishment and filling operations of SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄ and other mixed gases during type tests of primary equipment in switchgear factories, commissioning of new equipment/major overhauls in substations, and routine maintenance.
▎Key Features :
1.The output mixed gas concentration can be arbitrarily set, allowing configuration of two gases with known concentrations, such as SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄, etc.
2.The mixed gas is automatically pressurized, and through pressure detection and intelligent control, fast, accurate and stable filling operations for electrical equipment are achieved.
3.When the mixed gas concentration in electrical equipment deviates from the rated value and requires adjustment, the required replenishment gas concentration can be automatically calculated based on the current concentration and pressure in the gas chamber, and the target concentration and pressure.
4.Automatic gas mixing is performed for replenishment operations, and vacuum treatment is applied to the device's working pipelines.
