▎Product Introduction :
TDM200 Laser Humidity Sensor is an open-type online micro-water detection device developed and manufactured by our company. This device adopts the principle of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology for non-contact measurement, featuring high selectivity for specific gases and being fundamentally unaffected by interference from other gas components (especially corrosive gases).
This product is widely applicable in application scenarios such as lithium-ion battery production, semiconductor chip manufacturing, electronic packaging, special material storage, and drying process procedures.

1.High measurement accuracy: Strong anti-interference capability, with significant advantages in low-humidity measurement at -70°C~-50°C (Td), excellent linearity.
2.Fast response speed: Wet-to-dry (Td 10°C~Td -50°C) T₉₀<60s; dry-to-wet (Td -60°C~Td 10°C) T₉₀<20s.
3.High reliability: Core components feature superior stability and durability, with a service life up to 10 years.
4.Non-contact measurement: The sensor does not directly contact the measured gas, thus not affecting the measured environment; suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, highly corrosive and other test environments.
5.Easy remote monitoring and control, good compatibility: The sensor provides RS-485 and (4~20)mA signal transmission for communication with other on-site electronic equipment, enabling remote monitoring and control. The product structure allows easy integration into users' existing automated control systems for collaborative operation.
